Information You Provide To Us Registration Information.When you sign up for and or update a TIEMAC account, we collect information: This information we collect may include name, email, phone number, login name and password, address, payment or banking information (including related payment verification information), your location, government identification numbers such as Social Security number and or Employment Verification number, driver’s license or passport if required by law, birth date, photo and signature. This also includes the preferences and settings that you enable for your TIEMAC account.
Demographic data: In addition to the above, we may collect demographic information about you and your company, which includes through user surveys. In some countries, we may also receive demographic information about you from third parties.User content: When you contact TIEMAC, we may collect information that you submit to our customer support team, provide ratings or compliments for other users.
Communications.Contacting us directly, may see us requiring additional information from you and or your company. We will first seek to verify that who you say you are is actually who you are and therefore, when you contact our Customer Support Team, we may ask you for your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may have sent us, and other information you may voluntarily choose to provide us on our request.
Device Information.TIEMAC gets information from Users’ devices and such may include the following: IP address, mobile operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, web browser type, application installations, mobile advertising identifiers, device identifiers, push notification tokens. We may also choose to collect mobile sensor data from devices.
Usage Information.We are always seeking to improve our services and of such, we automatically receive information about your interactions with the TIEMAC Infrastructure, like the pages or other content you view, your actions within the TIEMAC app, and the dates and times of your visits.
Call And Text Information.TIEMAC works with one or more third party partner(s) to facilitate transactions authentications, phone calls and text messages to / between / among the TIEMAC Platform, Partners and Customers. Consequently, we receive information about these communications including the date and time of the call or SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of any SMS messages. Additionally, we my use a two-factor authentication method to help verify that you are who you say you are. As part of this process, we may use one or more of communication methods (SMS, in App, phone call or email) This process may occur at the time of first registration and or at anytime during your transactions with TIEMAC.
User Feedback.One of TIEMAC’s main goal is to ensure that Users always enjoy the community, provide and receive services. To this end, Partners and Customers may rate and review each other during or after transactions. When this is done, we receive the information about ratings and reviews and may share Partners information ratings and reviews and vice versa.
Information From Cookies And Similar Technologies.We use cookies (small text files placed on your device), tracking pixels and similar technologies to provide our websites, apps and online services and help collect data. Cookies allow us, among other things, to store your preferences and settings; enable you to sign-in; provide interest - based advertising; combat fraud; and analyze how our websites and online services are performing. On the occasions when we do receive such information for our third party partners, we combine it with other information that we have about you to better serve you and our community.
Third Party Services.You may choose to register with TIEMAC or otherwise link your TIEMAC account with a third party’s service, if you do, we may receive directly from those services the same type of information we collect from you as described above.
Enterprise Programs.We may offer services to you through your company, university, or organization, and in so doing we may receive information about you, such as your email address, from your participating organization.
Background Information.To help build and maintain the trust of our platforms and infrastructure, TIEMAC may work with third party partners in performing background checks and records of those that use TIEMAC network. We therefore, may receive information, such as publicly available information about a user from these third party providers.

Your Choices> Email Subscriptions.From time to time we may choose to send you commercial and or promotional emails, but you can always unsubscribe from such emails. However, for transactional and relational emails, we will still send those about your account use of the TIEMAC Infrastructure.
Text Messages.From time to time we may choose to send you commercial and or promotional text messages, but you can unsubscribe from such by texting the word END from the mobile device receiving the messages to the long or short code we will provide you (check with our customer support through the contact information provided at our website for the long or short code we use to serve your area). You may also opt out of receiving all texts from TIEMAC (including transactional or relational messages) by texting the word STOPALL from the mobile device receiving the messages to the same long or short code our customer service support provides you. However, please note that by opting out of receiving all texts this may impact your use of the TIEMAC Infrastructure, including our rights to subsequently terminate your account.
Push Notifications.You may choose to opt out of receiving push notifications through your device settings. However, please note that opting out of receiving push notifications may impact your use of the TIEMAC Infrastructure, including our rights to subsequently terminate your account.
Location Information.You always have the choice to prevent your device from sharing location information at any time by making such changes through your Device’s operating system’s settings.
Editing And Accessing Your Information.You can review and edit certain account information by logging in to your account settings and profile. If at any time you wish to terminate your TIEMAC account, please contact us through our Customer Support with your request. If you so choose to terminate your account, we will deactivate it, but we may retain information from your account for a period of time and may disclose it in a manner consistent with our practices under this Privacy Policy for all accounts on file. Additionally, we may retain information from your account to collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, analyze usage of the TIEMAC Infrastructure, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, or take other actions as required or permitted by law.
OtherData Security. We have a commitment to protect the data of the TIEMAC community. Nevertheless, as much as we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, we cannot guarantee 100 % security with the measures we take, of such we cannot guarantee security of your data.
